Service Description

Language therapy for children who have an identified language or communication need that requires direct instruction. This session is tailored to each individual child to help them build the necessary language and/or communication skills to maximize their potential. Speech therapy for children who have demonstrated potential to develop spoken English skills and will benefit from direct instruction. Covering a variety of skills including articulation of consonants and vowels, speech reading and clarification strategies, English grammar instruction, and self advocacy. Required to have an IFSP/IEP or other speech assessment in the last 11 months. (40 minute session followed by a 10 minute consultation with family and 10 minutes for documentation) This schedules a 15 minute consultation to discuss availability and goals.
