Caitlin Stueve, M.A. CCC-SLP, DHHS-P, is a dedicated speech-language pathologist and the founder of The Signing SLP: Deaf Positive Language Therapist Inc. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences, a graduate certificate in Early Intervention Studies from Gallaudet University, and the DHHS-P (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist – Practitioner) certification. Caitlin is licensed to provide direct services in both California and Montana.

Her passion for American Sign Language (ASL) and the Deaf community began at an early age and continues to guide her work as a Deaf-positive clinician. She offers specialized therapy and assessment services for Deaf and hard of hearing children, particularly those who use ASL. Her ability to communicate directly in ASL allows her to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families while honoring each child’s unique communication profile.

In addition to running her private practice, Caitlin serves as a regional representative on the board of California Hands & Voices and collaborates with Montana Family ASL to support families raising DHH children in rural and underserved areas. Her work is rooted in a commitment to language access, equity, and culturally responsive care for all children.
